About the Artist

Hello 



My name is Emily, as you might have gathered. 

I am a disabled activist, amongst many other things. 

I'm hoping to use my art and the tools I have available to me to make an impact, however small. I want to make things that bring people joy, or make old white people stop and shake their heads. 

I always do my best to create as little waste as possible in my creation processes.

The packages I ship my stickers in are reused resealable Mylar bags. I encourage you to reuse them as well, or if  you'd like you can ship them back to me and they can be reused once again. 

The packaging slips inside the bag with your address on it are chip board, most of which I got from the backing of old notebooks and sketch pads, which I then cut to size, and cover in what I think are just the cutest stamps. Please note it makes me so happy everytime I get to arrange all my little stamps onto the packaging slip when I send out an order. I think it's just the cutest thing. 

I hope I've shown how much I care about creating as little waste as possible with my art, aside from the stickers them self due to the whole point of them being that they won't deteriorate. To really drive that point home, as of January 2025 I have been doing stickers for just over a year, and I have not once yet emptied my little 2.5 gallon waste bin under my desk. I also do my very best to fit as many stickers as possible on each sheet before I print, laminate, and cut.

As I said, I am disabled, so I am very excited by the possibility of being able to live off my art. I was in a weehlchair from 2020 to 2023, I have two fully herniated discs pressing on my spinal cord, and three more partially hernaited discs. In addition to this I have fibromyalgia and scoliosis. I have to spend a lot of time making sure my body is moving and functioning in a way that will not continue to cause me harm. I have IBSM and have also very recently been diagnosed with gastroparesis, which also requires a lot of special care that I am still just starting to learn. 

I have three cats. They are my sole reason for survival. I love them with my entire fucking ass.

And last we have my old lady Mama, she is 19 years old. I know, that's wild. She has been in early stage kidney failure since 2018, but with the very expensive medicated food I have her on she has been stable for years.
